The Virtual Maple League Teaching and Learning Centre (V_MLTLC)

The Virtual Maple League Teaching and Learning Centre (V_MLTLC) creates programming & professional development opportunities for faculty across the Maple League and beyond.

  • The Better Together series creates a space for faculty and students to imagine a new future for university education. For information about the current season of Better Together, please click here.
  • Our Maple League Hosts series brings in luminary thinkers from outside the Maple League to invigorate and inspire our imaginations.
  • The Maple League Book Club brings students, staff, and faculty into the same (virtual) room each term to read and discuss, a book that challenges our understanding of post-secondary education.
  • The Award-Winning Educators series highlights Maple League faculty whose dedication and passion have brought them well-deserved accolades and invites them to share some of their secret sauce.
  • The Maple League Micro-Certificate in Teaching and Learning is a 10-month program that brings together up to 20 faculty from across the Maple League to engage in critical self-reflection and co-mentorship—all with the goal of refining their skills and tools for making great classrooms.
