Spotlight on Upcoming Teaching Initiatives

TA Training and Professional Development

The TA training program provides an opportunity for TAs to prepare for their assistantship and take part in professional development. The workshops are a worthwhile and fun experience for TAs, faculty and staff across campus.

TAs who attend three workshops during the TA Day and complete an Intro to TAing module on Moodle will be paid for their time (five hours) and will receive a certificate of completion for their TA training.

The TA Day and TA Training is sponsored by the Office of the Vice-Provost, Teaching and Learning Excellence.
